Texas School Choice
Mind Discovery is so excited to be an approved Texas School Choice provider.
Students with disabilities, including those with an IEP or 504 Plan, receive priority funding. Families can use this program to access Mind Discovery’s assessments, programs, and services.
Important: Priority for students with disabilities does not eliminate funding for ALL Texas students. Public, Private, and homeschool students without a diagnosis can also receive funding, however the first year is prioritizing students with disabilities.
Mind Discovery can provide full individual evaluations to help determine eligibility for these students to qualify as a student with a disability. No Cost Consultation
The disability status itself determines priority, not just the presence of an IEP or 504 Plan through the public school system. An IEP or 504 Plan is one way to document the disability, but the disability itself overrides school type or formal plan when determining priority for funding.
